1. Why can't I see all of the content on the page?
1. Please maximize your browser.
2. You should change your screen resolution to 1280x800 or your highest setting so you can view all content on Pepsi's Recycling site.
   
   
2. How do I change my resolution?
   
   
   1. PC Instructions:
      Right click on an empty space of your desktop background.
      Select Properties from the context menu that opens.
      Click on the Settings tab.
      Under Screen resolution, click and drag the sliding bar to the right until your screen resolution reaches 1280x800 or higher.
      Click the OK button to apply the new settings.
      
      
   2. Mac Instructions:
      Click the Apple icon on the menu bar.
      Click System Preferences.
      Under Hardware, click Displays.
      Click a resolution of 1280x800 or higher.
      Close the Displays window.
      
      
3. Why can't I play the Quiz or Pledge for for a chance to win Pepsi Stuff Points?
1. More than likely this is the result of two circumstances: You need to register with Pepsi (which is accessible by the "Register Now to Play" button when you activate the Quiz) or you've already played for points using that log-in within the last 24 hours.
   
   
4. Where and how do I pick up my Pepsi Stuff Points?
1. Your Pepsi Stuff Points will be sent to you in an email if you are selected as a winner. As a winner, you will receive one Code worth 100 points.
   
   The email will be sent to the address you used to register with Pepsi. Please check your email's spam/Junk e-mail folder incase the email was misdirected.
   
   You will not receive Points if you chose to take the Quiz or the Pledge by forfeiting points.
   
   You must complete the full Quiz and Pledge in order to be entered in the into the Pepsi Recycling sweepstakes.
   
   
5. How do I access the Quiz/Pledge?
1. Please click the "TAKE THE CHALLENGE" button along the top navigation. Click the "START THE RECYCLING QUIZ" in order to launch the quiz.
   
   
6. Where do I use my Pepsi Stuff Points?
1. Go to www.pepsistuff.com. You will need to register for the promotion if you have not already done so. Click on the "Enter Codes" button along the top. Enter your codes which will add your points to your Pepsi Stuff account.
   
   
7. Why isn't the page loading faster?
1. The flash version of www.pepsirecycling.com is a video intensive site built to give the user the most interactive and engaging experience possible. The flash version is recommended for broadband and higher internet speeds.
2. The flash version of the site will work on slower connections, but please be patient. There is a progress bar along the bottom of the site that will let you know your loading status.
3. If you continue to experience issues with the flash version, please try the HTML experience.
